Blue Sky Brewery, Cairns, Tropical North Queensland, is a beautiful place to brew beer. We have a great history of using only the purest ingredients with the purest water from the Crystal Cascades. So it was only natural that we created PREMIUM AWARD WINNING handcrafted beers brewed onsite giving you a full flavoured, preservative free, naturally brewed 100% Cairns beer. As our brewery is located onsite, customers will experience beer at its freshest, coming straight to the bar taps from the tanks. All 9 of Blue Sky's handcrafted beers are unpasteurised and brewed naturally, giving a distinct depth of flavour and fresh taste not found in mass-produced beers made by lager commercial breweries. Choose from a variety of beers, including seasonal specialty brews and local's favorites, with alcohol ranging from 3% to 6%. We source the finest malts, yeast and hops from around the world and combined with pristine Cairns water to produce truly premium beers that compete with the world's best.
